All appliance repair companies have a service call and a labor rate for the work they do. This covers the visit to your home and however long it takes to diagnose the problem. Please call for our current service call rate.
Labor rates are determined based on the job and are not set by the hour. We follow industry standards for labor rates, and you will always get a full break down of the total job cost before any work is done.
All work includes a 90-day warranty. We do our best to fix it on the first visit, but that's not always possible. This warranty means that any additional visits that are needed in that 90 days for the same appliance are included in the original service call.
We also warranty the parts we install, since we use factory authorized parts. The warranty on most parts is 90 days, and some parts are 1 year. This warranty will be noted on your receipt.
We repair all major residential appliances, including:
- washers and dryers
- ovens and cooktops
- stand alone ice makers
Unfortunately, we do not service microwaves or wine coolers. The only place locally we know who does work on microwaves is Audio Visual Electronics.
We are not certified to do warranty work. However, some warranty companies will reimburse you after you pay us to do the work. Check with your warranty company to see what their policy is.
We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
We do not install appliances.
If your refrigerator isn't cooling, it is possible that you have a leak in your sealed system. We don't repair sealed systems or replace compressors for refrigerators. Once the sealed system has a leak, we recommend replacing your fridge.
We don't work on small appliances, such as stand mixers, vacuum cleaners, irons, etc.
Both! We have a cat who is quite happy to be the only pet in the house. And we have found that all of our customer's pets seem especially fond of our technician.
